This Privacy Policy explains how TradePath Guide (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit tradepathguide.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Who is responsible for your data
TradePath Guide is operated by Jan Llaona, based in Spain, who is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can contact us about anything in this policy at llaona05@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the Site secure and working properly.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our advertising and analytics partners may use them as described below.
We do not ask you to create an account, the Site does not accept comments, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. Our website software (WordPress) may set a few strictly necessary cookies, for example to keep the Site working correctly; these do not identify you and are not used for advertising.

How long we keep information
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and handle your request. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes. Cookie lifetimes are set by the companies that place them and can be cleared at any time in your browser settings.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults researching career and training options. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our articles link to government agencies, certifying organizations and other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies when you visit them.
